Pavlo, a scout of the 80th Galician Brigade, led his wounded comrades out of an encirclement in the Kursk region.
Pavlo joined the military about a year ago. While on a mission in the Kursk region, he took part in battles with Russian and North Korean forces. During a mission, the paratroopers from Pavlo’s group were wounded and found themselves surrounded. For nearly a day, they extracted themselves, covering five kilometers of dangerous territory controlled by enemy drones and infantry. Pavlo carried one of his comrades on his back.
Despite difficulties and three injuries, the scout continues to fight and is proud to be part of the Air Assault Forces. \”The greatest motivation to destroy the enemy is the safety of my loved ones back home,\” says Pavlo.
