Maksym Horbonos from Zhovkva has been posthumously recognised with a state award for his displayed courage.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree awarding the Zhovkva resident the Order “For Courage” Third Class posthumously.
The order was presented to Maksym Horbonos’s wife Vita and his sons together with Lieutenant Colonel of the 7th Border Detachment Serhiy Volskyi.
The announcement expresses gratitude and respect to the fallen warrior Maksym.
