On 2 October, the Mostyska community will receive the cortege bearing the body of the fallen Defender of Ukraine Ihor Feshchuk. Residents of the community are asked to join in paying tribute to the soldier and to form a living corridor of honour along the route.
The funeral cortege will follow the route: the village of Berehove – the village of Tvirzha – the village of Hostyntseve – the town of Mostyska. In Mostyska, the cortege will proceed to the defender’s family home on P. Myrnoho Street, after which it will head to the Church of the Intercession of the Holy Mother of God.
The cortege is expected to arrive in Mostyska between 13:45 and 14:00. Residents are urged to come out onto the streets to accompany the fallen serviceman on his final journey and to honour his memory.
