The past day in the area was calm – the siren never sounded, there were no threats from the air

The past day (from 9 am on April 6 to 9 am on April 7) in the region passed as calmly as possible. The siren never sounded, there were no threats from the air. Thank you to our military for that.

However, today, April 7, at 11:16, we received a notification of an air alarm. Remember that when the siren sounds, there is a threat. Move to a shelter or other safe place immediately. Take care of yourself, we still have to rebuild a modern and prosperous country!

In the Lviv region, SES units are extinguishing dry fires again. Palia resumed their sabotage. Yesterday 6 fires were extinguished in Drohobych, Zolochiv, Lviv, Stryj and Yavoriv districts. The fire destroyed more than 3,000 square meters of dry grass and shrubs.

Let me remind you that Paliys can be held administratively and criminally liable for their actions.

More than 1,800 people who had been forced to flee their homes due to attacks by the Russian military were taken in and resettled. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 289,000 people have been sheltered in the Lviv region. About the same number settled on their own in the private sector.

We still have more than 17,000 arranged places for IDPs in state and municipal institutions of the region, almost 3,000 – in the private sphere. We will help all people who need it.

36,000 people left Ukraine across the western border in one day. About 19,000 of them are through checkpoints in Lviv region. During the past 24hrs, 21,000 people have returned to our country through border crossings.

The police processed 1,389 complaints about suspicious people, cars and objects. May the day be calm! Glory to Ukraine🇺🇦
