Hero Andrii Demchuk, born in 1983, passed away in the Heavenly Legion.
The sad news was announced today by the Chervonohrad City Council.
A soldier, senior rifleman-operator of the mechanised division of the military unit A4124, Andrii Demchuk was killed on 22 June while performing a combat mission near the village of Terny, Donetsk region.
We bow low to the Defender, to whom we all owe a debt of gratitude. We express our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the Hero. We share the pain of irreparable loss and bow our heads in grief.
