The life of Dmytro Masyuk, a 30-year-old soldier of the Yavoriv Oblast, a resident of the city of Novoyavorivsk, was cut short.

Dmytro Ivanovich Masyuk was born on April 27, 1992 in Novoyavorivsk.
He graduated from Novoyavoriv School No. 1 and obtained a higher education at the Lviv Institute of Physical Culture. Dmytro was engaged in biathlon and had considerable success in this sport.
Since 2014, Dmytro has been defending Ukrainian lands from Russian invaders. Served under contract in the border troops.
From the first days of the full-scale invasion, he defended Ukraine from the enemy as part of the Yavoriv Oblast’s Terrodefense. On November 3, 2022, Dmitry’s life ended.
The Hero is survived by his mother Maria Vasylivna, father Ivan Dmytrovych, brothers Vasyl and Viktor and their families.
