On 28 January, in the Kharkiv region, Hero Bahlay Volodymyr Dmytrovych, born in 1965, bravely fulfilled his military duty in a battle for Ukraine, its freedom and independence.
This evening, the sad news was announced by the Chervonohrad City Council.
We express our sincere condolences to the Hero’s family, share the pain of irreparable loss and bow our heads in grief. We have no right to forget the price of our independence.
