On 16 September 2024, in the village of Synelnykove, Kharkiv region, soldier Prokopchuk Pavlo Bohdanovych, born in 1970, a resident of Leshchativ, died.
He was mobilised for military service on 27 April 2024. He served as a border guard inspector of the 2nd category of the military unit 9937. He was faithful to his military oath until his last breath.
The Hero is survived by his mother, Oleksandra Mykhailivna, his wife Maria, sons Maksym and Nazar, grandson Matviyko, sisters Olha and Yuliia, brothers Andrii and Oleh. We sincerely condole with the family of the deceased on the irreparable loss.
