During the morning air-raid alert in Lviv region, which lasted from 06:10 to 08:56 on February 17, an enemy Shahed-type drone entered the region’s airspace. Air defense forces destroyed the target in the Stryi district. Preliminary reports indicate there were no consequences.
Separately, it was reported that overnight, while the alert in the Stryi district lasted from 03:45 to 04:29 on February 17, four enemy combat UAVs crossed Lviv region’s airspace. According to preliminary information, air defense units shot down three of them, while one was lost from radar tracking.
The night and morning were difficult, but Ukrainian air defense personnel did everything possible to prevent the enemy from carrying out its plans.
In addition, an enemy drone was found in a field in one of the villages of the Stryi district, not far from private homes. Specialized services are already working at the site.
