The memorial sign was placed on the facade of the Terlivka Gymnasium of the Khyrov City Council.
Oleksandr Poliukhovych was born in the village of Sernyky in the Rivne region. Later he moved to Sambir district. From the first days of the full-scale invasion, he voluntarily defended his homeland.
He served in the ranks of the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danylo of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The warrior died on September 11, 2022.
