The Dobrotvir settlement community has received heartbreaking news — Mykola Yaroslavovych Kovalchuk, a Ukrainian soldier and native of Neznaniv village, born on December 15, 1984, has died while defending his country.
A farewell ceremony for the fallen hero will take place on Monday, March 24:
- 11:00 AM — memorial service at the Garrison Church of Saints Peter and Paul (11 Teatralna Street, Lviv);
- 11:40 AM — conclusion of the church prayer;
- 11:45 AM — public farewell on Rynok Square;
- 12:15 PM — burial at the cemetery in Riasne-Ruske.
Transportation will be provided for those who wish to attend the ceremony on March 24:
- 8:30 AM — departure from the administrative building of the Neznaniv village elder’s office;
- 9:00 AM — departure from the Administrative Service Center (TsNAP) in Dobrotvir (12 Ivana Franka Street).
