Today, the brigade performs combat tasks of defense against the aggressor on the territory of Donetsk, Kharkiv and Sumy regions.
The President of Ukraine decided to hand over the Battle Flag 125 to a separate TRO brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a symbol of honor, valor and glory.
The combat flag of the brigade is an honorary banner that is presented to units of the armed forces of Ukraine on behalf of the President of Ukraine. This is recognition of the combat merits of a military unit. It is the symbol of the unit, it must always be with its military unit, and on the battlefield – in the area of hostilities in which the unit participates.
Lieutenant General Artur Horbenko, Knight of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, received the battle flag on behalf of the brigade in Mykhailivskyi Zolotoverkhy Cathedral.
Thanks to the efforts of the battalions of the brigade, together with other units of the Armed Forces, the village was liberated. Ozerne, village Dibrova, village of Yampil, village Torske in Donetsk region!
