A fundraiser of 700,000 UAH announced for NGU serviceman Andrii Makar

A new fundraiser has been launched for our fellow countryman, a serviceman of the special forces unit of the National Guard of Ukraine, Andrii Makar. The target of the fundraiser is 700,000 UAH, needed to provide the unit with transport and modern equipment.

As the organisers note, Andrii and his comrades carry out combat missions every day, and the rate of expenditure in the combat zone is very high. The military need to replenish lost supplies quickly, repair equipment and upgrade reconnaissance assets, so it is difficult to do this without the support of caring people.

The funds raised are planned to be used to purchase:

  • a Toyota Hilux vehicle for the unit's combat and logistical tasks;
  • reinforced batteries for Vampire and Heavy Shot UAVs;
  • Starlink plates for the “Vampires” to improve communications and make missions more effective;
  • Rush FPV 4W VTX 3.3 MHz — 1 pc;
  • VRX Skyzone 6–7 MHz — 1 pc;
  • Yagi antenna 720–800 MHz — 1 pc;
  • horn antenna 4.9–6.0 GHz with 21 dBi gain — 1 pc;
  • antennas and cables for UAVs;
  • equipment for fighters whose belongings were completely destroyed at their positions.

The organisers stress that this is not just a fundraiser for equipment, but an opportunity to support the work of the unit and save soldiers' lives. They urge everyone willing to contribute whatever they can and to help spread the word.
