Ihor Koshlai: Life and Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
He was an exceptionally kind, decent, and sincere person, a loving father and husband, recalls his daughter Diana about fallen soldier from Lviv region, Ihor Koshlai.
Service and Death
Ihor was a native of Lviv. In May 2023, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 15th Battalion of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade.
Unfortunately, defender Ihor Koshlai, known by the callsign ‘Did’, was killed on January 7, 2024, while performing a combat mission near the village of Novodarivka, Zaporizhzhia region. He was 50 years old.
