First combat mission of the soldier with the callsign “Koshka”: commander addresses men who are afraid even to pop out for cigarettes

A video has been published online about the first combat mission of a serviceman with the callsign “Koshka”, who serves in the infantry battalion of the 1st Separate Assault Regiment “Noah”. The footage shows the soldier preparing for the mission and heading to the positions together with his comrades-in-arms.

During the video, the unit commander addresses Ukrainian men, stressing their personal responsibility for defending the country. He contrasts the courage of the soldier with the callsign “Koshka” with the behaviour of those who shy away from even the most basic actions in peaceful life.

“You are an example for all males who are afraid to leave the house even to go out for cigarettes,” the commander tells the soldier “Koshka”.

The authors emphasise that this is the soldier’s first combat mission and show the support he receives from his commander and comrades. The video is intended to motivate Ukrainians not to stand aside from the war and to support those who are already on the front line.
