Among the 200 Ukrainian defenders who were successfully returned from Russian captivity today, there is a local resident — Vasyl Bulyak, from the village of Kanafosty in the Sambir district.
Vasyl joined Ukraine’s defense at the start of the full-scale invasion. He had been held in captivity since spring 2022.
This is one of the most uplifting pieces of news for the entire Lviv region today. According to the information available at this hour, in addition to Vasyl Bulyak, it has also been possible to free ten more residents of our region.
