The funeral cortege bearing the body of Vitalii Yarotskyi, who was killed defending Ukraine, has departed from Lviv towards the settlement of Ivano-Frankove.
Residents of the Ivano-Frankivsk community are asked to give a dignified welcome to the fallen soldier, who is returning home forever. The cortege is expected to arrive in Ivano-Frankove at around 15:00.
Residents are urged to gather in the central square of the settlement, form a living corridor of honour and pay their last respects to the defender who gave his life for the freedom and independence of Ukraine.
