The fire at the industrial facility, which erupted as a result of a nighttime attack, has been extinguished.
Due to a missile-drone attack that targeted the Drohobych community area in the night leading to June 29, one of the industrial facilities was hit. Following the impact, a fire broke out at the site. Emergency service units and medics promptly arrived at the location. Thanks to the coordinated and professional actions of the firefighters, the fire was localized, and subsequently, completely extinguished.
There are no casualties or injuries. As of the evening of June 29, rescuers have completed the work on eliminating the consequences of the fire; the area is being surveyed, and the technical condition is being assessed. The city council expresses gratitude to the emergency service workers who operated in challenging and high-risk conditions, as well as all services involved in the response.
