President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi awarded 18 Ukrainian defenders state awards. 5 of them are servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The relevant decree was signed by the head of state the day before, on April 10.
They received awards for personal merits in defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, courage and self-sacrifice in volunteering.
