By the Decree of the President of Ukraine, for personal courage demonstrated in defending the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as for selfless performance of military duty, the Order of Courage, Third Class (posthumously), has been awarded to:
Lesiv Stepan Bohdanovych
Born on January 9, 1975, in the village of Yatvyagy, Mostyska community. A soldier-master, service member No. 2 of the mortar platoon, 1st mortar battery, 3rd mechanized battalion, 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo Halytsky, military unit A0998. Died on April 1, 2025, in Donetsk region.
Godun Vitaliy Mykolayovych
Born on September 30, 1979, resident of Mostyska town. Served in military unit A7104, a machine gunner of the first rifle company. Died on November 23 while performing a combat mission near the village of Mykhailivka in Kursk region, Russia.
Today, the state awards were presented to the families of the fallen Heroes. Eternal memory and glory to our Heroes.
