The President of Ukraine awarded a defender from the Drohobych district with the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, First Class.
Major Mykola Kobilnyk took up the defense of Ukraine back in 2014. He currently serves in the 3rd Regiment of Special Operations Forces. He executed combat missions in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, and went through Bakhmut and Pisky. As a result of intensive hostilities, he was injured and lost a leg. Despite this, he continues to fulfill his military duty with a prosthetic.
