The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, honored a border guard from the Velykomostivska community with the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, 3rd class.
Vitaliy Ryzhak led units of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine in the east and north of the country. Under his leadership, border guards carried out combat missions in Sloviansk, Bakhmut, Soledar, Bilohorivka, and the Vovchansk direction.
