In the Velykomosti community, friends, family, and villagers gathered to bid a final farewell to Roman Lychko, a defender of Ukraine. This day was particularly hard, as Roman remained true to his oath and defended his Homeland to the end.
Roman was a devoted son, a caring husband and father, dreaming of being with his family during important moments. Despite promising to attend his son’s First Communion, the war dashed his plans.
He served as a junior inspector of the border service, performing his duties with great honour. On Border Guard Day, the community bade him farewell with a prayer in their hearts, expressing gratitude for his courage and dedication to duty.
The citizens in mourning unite with the family, feeling the heavy pain of this loss. Eternal memory to our hero.
