Tomorrow in Drohobych, a farewell will be held for the fallen defender Roman Seniv. On 19th May, the funeral cortege carrying the hero’s body will arrive at the Heroes’ crossroad at 13:00, and the Parastas will take place at 19:00 in the deceased’s home. The final farewell to the hero is scheduled for 20th May at the Church of Saint Prophet Elijah in the village of Monastyrets-Lishnyansky.
Roman Seniv, born on 17th January 1978, served Ukraine admirably on two occasions. As an ATO veteran, he was well-acquainted with the realities of war. When the full-scale invasion began, Roman voluntarily joined the Armed Forces, despite working as a long-distance lorry driver abroad. In military unit A4010, he served as a senior soldier, for which he was awarded the honorary “Golden Cross”.
The fallen Hero is survived by his family: wife Natalia, son Roman, as well as his parents, brother Andriy, and nephews. Eternal honour and memory to the Hero!
