Andrii Hurskyi from Truskavets among 205 Ukrainian soldiers released from Russian captivity after defending Azovstal

Among the 205 Ukrainian warriors who were brought back today from Russian captivity is Andrii Hurskyi, a serviceman from Truskavets.

Andrii Hurskyi holds the rank of major. He served as chief of staff and first deputy commander of the self-propelled artillery division of the brigade artillery group of the 36th Separate Marine Brigade.

The Ukrainian defender took part in the defense of Azovstal in Mariupol. In April 2022, Andrii Hurskyi was taken prisoner.
