“Valeriy has been defending Ukraine since 2014. He served as an inspector at the Mariupol mobile border guard post. He was in captivity for two years. He is finally home. Low bow to our defender. Glory to our Heroes! We are waiting for the return of all our people,” the head of the region stressed.
