Sergiy Yermolenko Honored for Bravery on the Battlefield
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine awarded a sergeant from the Lviv region with the badge ‘Cross of Military Honor’.
Recognition for Service
🇺🇦 Sergiy Yermolenko is the squad leader of the engineering-sapper platoon of the 95th Air Assault Brigade. He joined the army in March 2022.
Combat Mission
Near the village of Basivka, Sumy region, the paratrooper and his squad carried out a combat mission. They operated under constant threat from the enemy. They mined the direction of potential enemy advancement with anti-tank and anti-personnel devices and held a tank-dangerous line to prevent the invaders’ breakthrough.
