Seven veterans from Yavoriv community receive housing vouchers of 2 million UAH each

At the Lviv Regional State Administration, state housing vouchers were awarded for veterans to purchase homes. Among the recipients are 7 veterans from the Yavoriv community, who will be able to buy their own homes funded by the state programme.

The vouchers have a face value of 2 million hryvnias and can be used to purchase housing on both the primary and secondary markets. The programme is designed, in particular, for war veterans with disabilities of groups I and II, as well as for family members of fallen service personnel.

The Deputy Minister for Veterans Affairs, Ruslan Prykhodko, took part in the award ceremony at the Lviv Regional Military Administration. Since the programme began, specialists from the War Veterans Support Centre of the Yavoriv City Council have been advising those interested, explaining the terms of participation, assisting with paperwork and accepting applications for housing vouchers.

Thanks to this support, veterans of the Yavoriv community receive the necessary information and assistance at all stages of submitting documents and can take advantage of the opportunities offered by the state programme. In total, 21 families of service personnel in the community have already received housing vouchers.

The Yavoriv City Council emphasises that it aims to make state support programmes for veterans genuinely accessible to people, and will therefore continue to provide information and advisory support to service personnel and their families.

Applications for a housing voucher in the Yavoriv community can be submitted through the Veterans Support Centre of the Yavoriv City Council, located at: 10 Lvivska Street, in the CNAP premises.
