🕯️ Dmytro Shcheholskyi
A resident of the village of Salashi, Yavoriv district. In October 2025, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out military assignments as part of the 70th Separate Support Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in Vinnytsia, Kramatorsk, and Kharkiv. The defender’s heart stopped on August 19.
🕯️ Mykola Shehda
A resident of Lviv. He was a participant in the Joint Forces Operation. In 2025, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the South Slobozhanshchyna sector as part of the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Black Zaporozhians. He was awarded the “War Veteran” medal and the “Cross of Combat Brotherhood” distinction. The defender passed away on August 15.
🕯️ Nazarii Bylo “Freelancer”
A resident of Lviv. In 2024, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Donetsk sector as part of military unit A4862 of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He had been considered missing in action. The defender was killed on October 22, 2024.
🕯️ Pavlo Yakibchuk
A resident of Lviv. With the start of the full-scale invasion, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Donetsk and South Slobozhanshchyna sectors as part of the 103rd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade named after Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky. He had been considered missing in action. The defender was killed on January 19, 2024.
He was awarded the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine medals “Defender of Ukraine,” “Cross of the Territorial Defense Forces,” and the “For Valor and Loyalty” distinction.
🕯️ Volodymyr Herus
A resident of Lviv. He was a participant in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO). With the start of the full-scale invasion, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the South Slobozhanshchyna sector as part of the 125th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade, and from 2023 – as part of the 103rd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade named after Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky. He had been considered missing in action. The defender was killed on January 19, 2024.
🕯️ Vasyl Pryimak
A resident of Sheptytskyi.
A serviceman of a mechanized squad of military unit A4718. He was killed on August 10 while carrying out a combat mission near the village of Karavan in Kharkiv Oblast.
🕯️ Andrii Stefashko
A native of the village of Dubrova in the Trostianets community. He was a participant in the ATO as part of the 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade. He was awarded distinctions, including “Defender of the Motherland.” Unfortunately, after prolonged treatment, the defender’s heart stopped on August 22. He was 51 years old.
🕯️ Volodymyr Matsura
A resident of the village of Yampil in the Murovane community. Senior soldier. He served as a machine gunner in the 3rd rifle squad of the 1st rifle platoon of the 2nd rifle company of the 420th Rifle Battalion of military unit A4056. He had been considered missing in action. He was killed on November 14, 2024, near the settlement of Selydove, Pokrovsk district, Donetsk Oblast.
🕯️ Taras Konyk
A resident of the village of Zalisky in the Khodoriv community. He was killed on August 5 while carrying out a combat mission in the Kupiansk sector in Kharkiv Oblast. The defender was 51 years old.
🕯️ Bohdan Stadnyk
Originally from the city of Mykolaiv.
He was a senior soldier and machine gunner of the 2nd assault squad of the 2nd assault platoon of the 3rd assault company of military unit A3488. He had been considered missing in action for a long time. He was killed on June 1, 2024, while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Ivanivske in Donetsk Oblast.
