🕯️ Oleksandr Marushchak

A resident of Lviv. He took part in the Anti-Terrorist Operation and the Joint Forces Operation as part of the 80th Separate Air Assault Galician Brigade and the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Transcarpathian Brigade. From the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he took part in the defense of Kyiv and later carried out combat missions in the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk sectors as part of the 19th Missile Brigade “Saint Barbara” of the Missile Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since 2025, he had served in the Military Law and Order Service.
He was awarded the Order of Danylo Halytskyi, the “ATO Participant” badge, the “For Participation in the Anti-Terrorist Operation” medal, the “War Veteran” medal, and other departmental distinctions. The defender died on August 8.
🕯️ Oleh Tyrus

A resident of Lviv. In 2024, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Southern Slobozhanshchyna and Zaporizhzhia sectors as part of the 61st Separate Mechanized Steppe Brigade.
He was awarded the 3rd Class “Cross of Courage,” a distinction of the commander of the 61st Separate Mechanized Steppe Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The defender died on July 30.
🕯️ Ivan Lozovyi

A resident of Lviv. From the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Mykolaiv sector as part of the 63rd Separate Mechanized Brigade and later in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Donetsk sectors as part of the 44th Separate Mechanized Brigade.
He was awarded the “War Veteran” medal. The warrior died on August 1.
🕯️ Petro Tohan

A native of the village of Mervychi, Kulykiv community, Lviv District. Senior soldier. He served in military unit A2382. He was killed on August 5 near the settlement of Hirsk, Chernihiv Oblast, while carrying out a combat mission.
🕯️ Vasyl Tsap

Originally from the village of Demyanka-Lisna, Zhydachiv community, Stryi District.
In 2024, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a staff sergeant of the 63rd Reserve Company of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Hero of Ukraine Valerii Hudz. He was wounded in the Kharkiv sector while carrying out a combat mission. He underwent treatment for a long time. The warrior died on August 2. He was 55 years old.
