🕯️ Vadym Kachmar

A Lviv resident. In 2024, he joined the ranks of the ZMU. He carried out combat missions in the Donetsk sector as part of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa. The defender died on August 3.
🕯️ Andrii Bereziak

A Lviv resident. In 2023, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Donetsk sector as part of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo.
He was awarded the Order for Courage, 3rd Class, a distinction of the President of Ukraine; the honorary breast badges of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “Cross of the Brave” and “Golden Cross”; the distinctions of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine “For Wounds” and “Defender of Ukraine”; as well as the medal “To the Unbreakable Defender of Ukraine.” The soldier died on July 15.
🕯️ Viktor Shcherbyna

A native of the village of Dobrovilia, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk sectors as part of the 23rd Separate Mechanized Brigade.
He was awarded the Order for Courage, 3rd Class; the honorary breast badge of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “Golden Cross”; the medal “For Resilience and Courage”; the medal “For the Defence of the Native State”; as well as the medal “For Wounds,” a departmental distinction of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. The defender died on August 19.
🕯️ Vasyl Dronyshynets

A resident of the village of Vysloboky in the Zhovtantsi community of Lviv District. Senior soldier. He joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in December 2025. He served as a radar station operator with the unmanned aerial vehicle interceptor battery of military unit A4623. The defender’s heart stopped on August 25, 2026.
🕯️Bohdan Panchenko

A native of the village of Drohovyzh in the Mykolaiv community. He had been considered missing since April 2024. He was killed while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Pervomaiske, Pokrovsk District, Donetsk Oblast. He was 45 years old.
🕯️Dmytro Myronov

He was born in the village of Duliby in the Hrabovets-Duliby territorial community. Later, the family moved to the city of Stryi. He was a soldier in the personnel transport company of the 1st Special Purpose Detachment. He had been considered missing for a long time. He was killed on December 6, 2024, while evacuating wounded comrades near the settlement of Uspenivka in Donetsk Oblast. The defender was 41 years old.
🕯️Ivan Turchyn

A native of the village of Nyzhnia Stynava in the Hrabovets-Duliby community. He was a soldier and rifleman of the 2nd Rifle Squad of the 2nd Rifle Platoon of the 1st Rifle Company of the 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh. He had been considered missing for more than two years. He was killed on August 12, 2024, while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Vozdvyzhenka, Donetsk Oblast. The defender was 56 years old.
