Eight victims of the war were taken by medical train from the Donetsk region to the First Medical Association of Lviv. Most are in a state of moderate severity after a mine injury, two are in a serious condition.
The youngest patient is 26 years old, the oldest – 70. All are already receiving the necessary treatment in surgical, trauma and therapeutic hospitals. One man, in particular, was taken away with a myocardial infarction.
Among the wounded is opera singer Serhiy Ivanchuk, who came under fire while trying to evacuate people from the Kharkiv region. Since the beginning of the war, the boy has taken about 50 people out of Saltivka and Okhtyrka. On March 10, as a result of the shelling, he received 5 bullet wounds to the liver, both legs, fingers and lungs. Fortunately, among the evacuees were doctors who provided professional assistance to the man. Serhiy spent 16 days in hospital in Kharkiv.
By the way, in the last month alone, more than 2,000 patients from Lysychansk, Bakhmut, Popasna, Slovyansk and other Ukrainian cities were evacuated before the First Medical Association of Lviv.
