Every day at 9 o’clock, we observe a minute of silence in memory of all those who have lost their lives for Ukraine because of Russian aggression.
Today, Lviv region says goodbye to its defenders:
🕯️ Andriy Koloda
A native of the village of Kosivets, Lviv region.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he voluntarily came to the defence of his homeland. He fought in the Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions as part of the 3rd Brigade of Operational Purpose named after Colonel Petro Bolbochan.
🕯️ Vadym Pavliuk
A native of the city of Chernivtsi.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he joined the 24th separate mechanised brigade named after King Danylo to defend his homeland. He heroically performed combat missions in the eastern part of Ukraine.
🕯️ Pavlo Bykov
A resident of Lviv.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, he joined the 125th separate territorial defence brigade. He performed combat missions in the Kharkiv region and later in the Donetsk region.
🕯️ Vasyl Bochkovskyi
A resident of the village of Volytsia in the Shehynivka community. In 2023, Vasyl voluntarily joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 47th separate mechanised brigade. The hero died on 19 October 2023 near the village of Krasnohorivka in the Avdiivka direction of Donetsk region. Since then, he was considered missing. The funeral took place on 18 February 2024.
