Today is another sad day in Lviv Oblast – there was a farewell to the defenders
Bohdan Bodnar
A native of the village of Dubravka of the Zhuravne community. He served as a gunner of the mountain assault platoon of the mountain assault company of the mountain assault battalion. Defender died on November 22, 2023 as a result of artillery shelling near the village of Mali Shcherbaki, Zaporizhzhia region.
Serhii Yarish
He was born in the village of Stavchany of the Obroshyn community, lived in Lviv. Serhiy was mobilized from the first days of the full-scale war. Served in the 118th separate territorial defense brigade. Was a sapper. Took part in military operations in the Zaporozhye direction. He passed away while on a short vacation in Lviv. The soldier is survived by his father, sister and wife.
Myron Loiko
Resident of Novy Yarychiv village of Lviv district. Served in the Zaporozhye direction. Died on November 22, 2023 during mortar fire in Avdiivka, Donetsk region. The defender is survived by his wife, two daughters and a son.
Oleksandr Puilo
A native of the city of Sambora. He was a senior sergeant, an instructor of the evacuation department of the medical company of military unit A0536. The Hero died on November 20, 2023 while performing a combat mission.
Taras Dudynskyi
A resident of the village of Luka Rudkivska TG. On November 26, 2023, the Defender passed away prematurely. He was 57 years old.
Mykola Rusyn
A native of the village of Seredkevichi.
Before the full-scale invasion, he worked abroad. He returned to defend the Motherland from invaders. After the training, the defender joined the ranks of the 36th separate marine brigade. He took part in the liberation of the village of Vrozhaine, in Zaporizhzhia, where he received a concussion. Took part in military operations in the Kherson direction. Tragically died on November 14, 2023.
