Today Lviv Oblast said goodbye to three defenders – Ruslan Levko from Stryi, Maksimets Tarasos from Chervonograd and Stepan Bobkok from Przemysl Oblast

Every day at 9:00 a.m., we observe a minute of silence in memory of all those who died, who gave their lives for Ukraine due to Russian aggression.

Today in Lviv Oblast they are saying goodbye to defenders:
Ruslan Levko is a native of the city of Stryi, Lviv region.

Participant of the Revolution of Dignity. With the beginning of Russia’s military aggression, he entered NSU, served in the ranks of the Hero of Ukraine Major General Serhiy Kulchytskyi operational battalion of the Northern Operational Territorial Unit of the National Guard of Ukraine.

For personal heroism, he was awarded numerous awards, in particular, the award of the President of Ukraine “For participation in an anti-terrorist operation”, the medal “For the defense of Mount Karachun”, awards of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. After the start of the full-scale invasion, he performed tasks in the capital and on the territory of the Kyiv region, and later fought with the invaders in the eastern direction.

Ruslan Levka is survived by his parents, wife and two children.

Maksimets Taras is a resident of Chervonograd.

The soldier died in the line of duty. Mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in March 2022, served in military service in military unit A3316.

Taras Bogdanovych Maksymets was born on March 10, 1994. Since August 2014, he has been working at the Velikomostivska mine of the Lvivvugilya State Enterprise, a mining fitter at the mining equipment assembly and disassembly section. Resident of Chervonograd, Lviv region. Mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces in March 2022. Parents, relatives and friends are in mourning.

Stepan Bobko is a resident of the village of Stanimir of the Peremyshlyan community.

From the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the war, he was a sniper. Died near the village of Ivanivske, Bakhmut district.
The dead soldier is survived by his mother, brother, sister and wife.
