Today Lviv region says goodbye to four defenders
Mykhailo Olenchuk
A resident of the town of Peremyshliany, Lviv district. Mykhailo was a sailor of the anti-tank platoon of the Marine battalion of the military unit A 0216. He died on 7 July 2024 near the village of Krynky, Kherson region. Since then, he was considered missing. The soldier was 42 years old.
Ivan Kutsko
A resident of the village of Yahidnia, Kamianka-Buzka community.
The warrior defended Ukraine as a member of the 80th separate airborne assault Galician brigade. He died suddenly on 11 November 2024 during rehabilitation from an injury. He was 42 years old.
Volodymyr Roman
A resident of Busk, Zolochiv district. The warrior served as a rifleman in one of the units of the Uzhhorod 5th separate rifle battalion of territorial defence of the 118th separate mechanised brigade.
He died on 6 November 2024. The defender was 45 years old.
Vladimir Abramov
A resident of the Sheptytska community. He was a junior sergeant, mortar commander of the mechanised battalion of the military unit A4699. He died on 7 November during a combat mission in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
