Today, Lviv region says goodbye to four defenders

Every day at 9 a.m. there is a national minute of silence. Stop wherever you are and honor the bright memory of all those who died for Ukraine due to Russian aggression.

🕯Oleksandr Martyniuk

Resident of the village of Krasno, Zolochiv district. He served in the Lviv border detachment. On February 25, 2022, he voluntarily returned to the ranks of the border guards and stood up for the defense of Ukraine. In February 2024, during hostilities in the Serebryansk forestry, he was seriously injured, after which he underwent prolonged treatment. He died on October 1. He was 29 years old.

🕯️Roman Golodnyak

A native of the village of Korosno, Lviv district. In 2024, he stood up for the defense of the Motherland. He carried out combat missions in the Zaporizhia and Donetsk directions as part of the 125th separate heavy mechanized brigade. He died on September 25. The soldier was 47 years old.

🕯️Pavlo Roshchupkin

A resident of Truskavets. He served in a specialized company of a specialized assault battalion. He died on September 10 during military service. He was 40 years old.

🕯️Roman Romanov

A native of the village of Remezivtsi, Zolochiv district. From the first days of the war, he stood up for the defense of Ukraine, served as part of the 15th operational brigade of the Hero of Ukraine National Guard Lieutenant Bohdan Zavada “Kara-Dag”. Since April, he was dismissed from service due to health reasons. He died on October 1. He was 36 years old.
