🕯 Volodymyr Martynets
He lived in Truskavets. From the first days of the full-scale invasion, he defended the country. He served as commander of the 3rd rifle section of the 2nd rifle platoon of the 2nd rifle company of military unit A4220. He was killed on 6 May 2024 near the village of Makarivka in Donetsk Oblast. He was 53 years old.
🕯️ Denis Dosuzhyi
He was born in the village of Novoyefremivka, Kherson region. He lived with his wife in Stryi. In 2016, he voluntarily joined the defence of Ukraine. He was the commander of the 2nd anti-tank section of the anti-tank platoon of the fire support company of military unit A1939. In 2023, he was seriously wounded. He was awarded the Order of Courage III degree, the Medal for Wounds, and the Badge of Honour for Exemplary Service. He died on 3 November in a hospital in Lutsk while undergoing rehabilitation. The soldier was 34 years old.
🕯️ Igor Karp
A native of Pustomyty. In March 2022, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He obtained the speciality of radio mechanic-radio operator of the communications platoon of the logistics battalion. From 25 December 2024, he carried out combat missions near the village of Uspenivka in the Pokrovsk district as part of the 71st Separate Jäger Brigade. He was considered missing in action from 28 December 2024.
🕯️ Taras Gumenetskyi
A native of Lviv. In 2023, he stood up to defend his homeland from the invasion of Russian occupiers. He served in the 77th Separate Airborne Brigade of the Dnipro Region. He died on 11 June 2024. The soldier was 52 years old.
