Lviv region says goodbye to its defenders today
🕯️ Taras Nadozirnyi
A resident of the village of Zymna Voda, Lviv district. He served in the military unit A4355. He died on 28 April near the village of Nove, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk region. He was 33 years old.
🕯️ Ihor Mushynskyi
He lived in the village of Toporiv, Zolochiv district. He joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine on 7 May, 2024. He held the position of inspector of the Border Guard Service of the 1st (Donetsk) Border Guard Detachment. He performed official tasks in the Kharkiv region. He died on 5 May while performing military service in the village of Lukashove, Chuhuiv district, Kharkiv region. He was 48 years old.
🕯️ Pavlo Kuzyk
A resident of Lviv. After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, he joined the 169th training centre named after Prince Yaroslav the Wise to defend the state. Later, he performed combat missions in the ranks of the 72nd separate mechanised brigade named after the Black Cossacks. He died on 7 August 2024. The warrior was 38 years old.
🕯️ Anatolii Makar
A resident of Lviv. Since 2018, he has been serving under contract in the military unit A3358. After the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he stood up to defend the state and performed combat missions in the ranks of the 3rd separate assault brigade. He died on 5 May. The soldier was 43 years old.
🕯️ Rostyslav Bosyi
A native of the village of Zaluzhzhya in the Horodok community. After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, he voluntarily came to the defence of the state. He served as a member of the 150th separate mechanised brigade (today – the 40th separate coast guard brigade). He held the position of drone operator. He performed combat missions on the Sumy, Toretsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions. He died on 25 March. He was 28 years old.
🕯️ Ruslan Ostash
Originally from the village of Rayliv, Stryi community. He came to the defence of Ukraine in May 2024. He was a soldier of the artillery troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He died on 9 May as a result of illness in a military unit. He was 49 years old.
🕯️Богдан Dmytryshyn
He lived in the village of Khmilno, Lopatyn community, Sheptytskyi district. He joined the defence of his homeland in 2024. He died near the village of Nyzhnia Syrovatka, Sumy region. The soldier was 50 years old.
🕯️Богдан Trailer
A resident of Novyi Rozdil. He died near the village of Novopil, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region. The soldier was 32 years old.
🕯️Дмитро Dziuba
Originally from the village of Staryava, Mostyska community. He served in the military unit A4699. He died on 5 August, 2024, while performing combat missions in the Pokrovsky district, Donetsk region. The soldier was 39 years old.
🕯️Євген Shevchuk
Resident of the village of Tetevchytsi, Radekhiv community. He held the position of an inspector of the Border Guard Service. He was the driver of the third mortar group of the fourth department of the Border Guard Service of the Border Guard Commandant’s rapid response fire support. He died on 4 May during a combat mission near Kurdiumivka, Donetsk region. He was 37 years old.
