Today Lviv region says goodbye to its defenders:
🕯️ Dmytro Tsyurko
A Lviv resident. From the first months of the full-scale invasion, he voluntarily came to the defense of his homeland. He performed combat missions in the eastern part of the front line in the ranks of the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danylo of the operational command “West” of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Dmytro was awarded numerous decorations for his personal courage. The defender died on March 1, 2024, at the age of 39.
🕯️Микола Izyo
A native of the village of Hostyntseve. From the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, he defended Ukraine on the eastern front in the ranks of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Operational Command “West” of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The soldier died on March 5, 2024. He was 40 years old.
🕯️Роман Yakhymets
A defender from the village of Staryava. After the Russian invasion in 2014, he performed combat missions in the ATO zone. And with the outbreak of full-scale war, he rejoined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the military unit A4056. The soldier died on March 3, 2024. He was 43 years old.
🕯️Юрій Martsun
A resident of the village of Slavske. During the full-scale war, he performed combat missions in the eastern direction in the village of Druzhba, Donetsk region. The hero died on March 6, 2024, on his birthday. Yurii was 46 years old.
🕯️Віктор Pronyuk
A defender from the city of Zhydachiv. During the full-scale war, he served in the military unit A0998. Viktor died on March 7, 2024 in a Lviv hospital. He was 48 years old.
