Lviv region says goodbye to its defenders today
🕯️ Anatoliy Harovych
Originally from the village of Zavydovychi in the Velykolyubinska community. He lived in Horodok. The soldier served in the reserve company of the military unit A4718. He died on 12 February near the town of Zolochiv, Kharkiv region. He was 45 years old.
🕯️ Taras Senkiv
Resident of the village of Mokrotyn, Zhovkva community. From the first days of the full-scale invasion, he defended Ukraine as part of the 24th separate mechanised brigade named after King Danylo. He performed combat missions in hot spots in Donetsk and Kherson regions. He was awarded the Golden Cross medal. He died on 8 January in the village of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Donetsk region. The soldier was 33 years old.
🕯️ Oleksandr Mizernyi
A resident of Brody, Zolochiv district. He served in the 24th separate mechanised brigade named after King Danylo. He had been missing for more than a month. He died near the village of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Donetsk region. The soldier was 31 years old.
🕯️ Ivan Polishchuk
Originally from the village of Velyki Didushychi in the Stryi community. He lived with his family in the village of Dashava. From the first days of the full-scale invasion, he voluntarily joined the ranks of the 24th separate mechanised brigade named after King Danylo. He was awarded the medal “For the Defence of the City of Bakhmut”. He died on 12 February in Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk region. He was 39 years old.
🕯️ Mykola Voitovych
Originally from the village of Dovholuka in the Hrabovetska-Dulibivska community. He voluntarily joined the Armed Forces in February 2023. He performed combat missions in Lyman, Chasovyi Yar and Vovchansk. He was a senior driver of the 42nd separate mechanised brigade. He received numerous injuries in the Kharkiv sector. He fought for his life for more than three months. He died on 15 February. He was 50 years old.
