Today Lviv region says goodbye to the defenders:

🕯 Viktor Kichun

He was born in Chervonohrad.

He was a junior sergeant, a sniper of the 24th Brigade named after King Danylo. He was reported missing since March 2022.

🕯️ Vasyl Kasheba

A resident of the village of Dovhe, Morshyn community. He was a cadet of the Ist training battalion of the school of individual training. He died on May 2, 2024.

🕯️ Stepan Kulyk

A native of Stryi. He lived in the village of Hannivtsi, Hnizdychiv community. He was a senior soldier, driver of the 1st mechanized platoon. He went missing during an artillery shelling on June 9, 2023 near the village of Mala Tokmachka, Zaporizhzhia region. He had been missing for 11 months.

🕯️ Andrii Sydor “Malysh”

A native of the village of Luhy, Stryi community. He and his family lived in the village of Strilkiv, Stryi community. In the first days of the full-scale invasion, he stood up to defend Ukraine as part of the Stryi Tank Tank Force. Captain, commander of the rifle company of the 103rd Brigade, 65th Battalion, Mortar Battery. He died while performing a combat mission near the village of Stelmakhivka, Luhansk region.

🕯️ Oksana Demchuk “Hutsulka”

A native of the village of Podorozhne, Zhuravne community. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, she volunteered to join the Armed Forces. She was a rifleman, assistant grenade launcher of the military unit A7077. She was killed while performing a combat mission near the village of Stelmakhivka, Luhansk region.

🕯️ Oleksandr Lukovets “Armor”

A native of the village of Lypivka, Trostyanets community. Participated in the ATO. Chief sergeant of the rifle company of the military unit A7077. Died performing a combat mission near the village of Stelmakhivka, Luhansk region.

🕯️ Andriy Sadovyi

He was born in the village of Shklo, Yavoriv district. From the first days of the war he served in the 66th separate mechanized brigade. He was a mortar operator, later in reconnaissance.

The hero died on April 28 while performing a combat mission near the village of Nevske, Luhansk region.

🕯️ Roman Kuchma

A resident of Ivano-Frankove, Yavoriv community. He was a member of the 63rd Brigade. He died on May 1, 2024 in Donetsk region while performing a combat mission. The funeral took place on May 6.
