Lviv region says goodbye to its defenders today
🕯️Андрій Tchaikovsky
A resident of the village of Bohutyn, Zolochiv district. He defended the country as a member of the 5th separate assault brigade of Kyiv. He died on 21 May near the village of Stupochky, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk region. He was 32 years old.
🕯️Михайло Slivak
A resident of the village of Horodyliv, Zolochiv district. He held the position of a rifleman of the service number of a mechanised unit in the military unit A0998. He died on 28 May near the village of Chasiv Yar, Donetsk region. The soldier was 50 years old.
🕯️Богдан Tritiak
He lived in the village of Silets, Sheptytskyi district. He died on 30 May during a combat mission near the village of Novodmitrivka, Donetsk region. The soldier was 27 years old.
🕯️Руслан Kharkiv
A resident of the town of Pustomyty. He was a junior sergeant of the military unit A7074. He died on 24 May near the village of Tiotkino, Kursk region, Russia. He was 52 years old.
🕯️Ярослав Lozynsky
A resident of Lviv. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he joined the 24th separate mechanised brigade named after King Danylo. He was defending the country in the Donetsk direction. He died on 30 May. He was 24 years old.
🕯️Степан Ivasyk
A native of Drohomyshl village, Yavoriv community. In 2023, he came to defend his homeland as part of the 79th separate Tauride Air Assault Brigade. He performed combat missions in the Donetsk sector. He died on 12 November 2024. He was 55 years old.
🕯️Тарас Podufalov
Born in Boryslav. He joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine on 28 May 2024. He served in the 10th separate mountain assault brigade “Edelweiss”. Due to health problems, he was temporarily discharged from the service and was treated at home. He died on 1 June. The soldier was 36 years old.
