Lviv region says goodbye to its defenders today
🕯️Віталій Zababurin
A native of Bilokuzmynivka village, Donetsk region. In 2020, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He performed combat missions in the Joint Forces Operation area in the ranks of the 55th separate artillery brigade “Zaporizhzhia Sich”. After the start of the full-scale invasion, Vitaliy’s family moved to Lviv. The defender met the beginning of a full-scale war on the front line. He died on 17 May 2022. He was 26 years old.
🕯️ Vasyl Korotoshyn
A resident of Lviv. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he volunteered to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He defended Ukraine as a member of the 24th separate mechanised brigade named after King Danylo. He died on 22 January. The soldier was 44 years old.
🕯️ Taras Polishchuk
A resident of the village of Velyke, Sokal community. He held the position of machine gunner of the 2nd assault company of the military unit A7400. He died on 13 January while performing a combat mission near the village of Sverdlikove, Kursk region, Russia. He was 31 years old.
