Lviv region says goodbye to its defenders today
🕯️ Vasyl Lazorko
Born in Zhydachiv, he lived with his family in Stryi. He returned from abroad during the full-scale invasion. In March 2024, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was a soldier, a grenade launcher of the mechanised battalion of the military unit A4638. He underwent military training in Latvia. He died on 12 February during a combat mission near the village of Novovodyane, Svatove district, Luhansk region. The soldier was 41 years old.
🕯️ Yaroslav Pavelko
A resident of the village of Zorotovychi, Dobromyl community. He served as a driver of an engineer platoon of a mechanised battalion of the military unit. The defender died on 8 January during a combat mission near the village of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Donetsk region.
🕯️Юрій Drach
A resident of Pavliv village, Sheptytskyi district. He served as a rifleman-sanitarian of a mechanised company. He died on 28 January while performing a combat mission in the Donetsk region.
