Lviv region says goodbye to its defenders today
🕯️Мар’yan Denkovych
A resident of the village of Verkhnye Syniovydne, Skole community. He was a serviceman of the mechanised unit of the military unit A4053. He was considered missing. He died on 15 April 2024 near Novobakhmutivka, Pokrovsk district, Donetsk region.
🕯️Мартін Hechko
Originally from the village of Nahirtsi, Zhovkva community. After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he volunteered to defend the state in the ranks of the 3rd separate assault brigade. He performed combat missions in the Kharkiv region. He died on 16 February. He was 43 years old.
🕯️Сергій Leonov
Born in the city of Kreminna, Luhansk region. After the start of the full-scale invasion, Serhiy’s family moved to Lviv. He voluntarily joined the 93rd separate mechanised brigade “Kholodnyi Yar”. He performed combat missions in the eastern direction. He was posthumously awarded numerous decorations, including the Order “For Courage”, III class, and the Order of the Hero’s Cross. He died on 1 September 2022. The soldier was 41 years old.
