Lviv region says goodbye to its defenders today
🕯️ Mykhailo Vasyliv
Originally from the village of Kamianka, Skole community.
He was a senior soldier, a driver of an artillery battery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He went missing in the autumn of 2024. The defender was killed in one of the battles near Suzha, Kursk region. The soldier was 31 years old.
🕯️ Dmytro Melentyev
Born into a military family.
He was a captain. In May 2024, he was drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He underwent retraining at the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Army Academy. He served as the commander of the mortar battery of the 157th separate mechanised brigade of the Land Forces. He was killed while performing a combat mission.
🕯️ Volodymyr Lototskyi
A resident of the village of Neznaniv, Dobrotvir community.
He defended Ukraine as part of the military unit A4594. He died on 6 December 2024 near the village of Kurakhove, Pokrovsk district, Donetsk region.
