Today Lviv Oblast is saying goodbye to the defenders
🕯️Roman Lyadskyi
A native of the city of Vugledar in Donetsk region.
The soldier defended Ukraine in the Donetsk direction. He died in Krasnohorivka, Pokrovsky district, Donetsk region.
He was 36 years old. He is survived by his wife.
🕯️ Sergey Ivanov
A native of Donetsk region.
He fought in the Donetsk direction. On November 13, 2023, Serhiy was seriously injured, underwent several operations, and died on January 6, 2024 in a Lutsk hospital.
The defender was 49 years old.
🕯️ Andriy Pylyp
He was born in the village of Verblyany, Yavoriv district.
He was a member of the ATO. In 2018, he fell ill with a serious disease – oncology, so he was released from military service and underwent treatment. After long-term treatment and rehabilitation, he overcame the disease. After the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the defender returned to defend Ukraine again. Unfortunately, the disease returned again. In 2023, the man resigned from military service and continued treatment. He died on January 10, 2024.
🕯️ Mykhailo Patin
He was born in the village of Voroblevychi, Medenytsk community. Since 2015, he has been a member of the ATO/OOS. After the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the defender was drafted into the ranks of the Armed Forces. Died during enemy shelling n. Tabaivka village, Kupyan district, Kharkiv region.
🕯️ Serhii Kostochkin
A native of Lviv.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he joined the ranks of the 45th regiment named after Oleksandr Krasitskyi of the National Guard of Ukraine. In August 2023, he joined the 3rd separate battalion for the protection of particularly important state facilities of the Central Operational Territorial Association of NSU.
At first, he courageously defended the state in Volyn and Kyiv region, and during the last period – in the Zaporozhye region.
Serhiy Kostochkin is survived by his parents and wife.
🕯️ Anatoly Matat
A native of Lviv.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he stood up to protect the Motherland from the invaders. He fought as part of the 115th separate mechanized brigade of the Ground Forces Reserve Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Performed combat tasks in the eastern direction of the front.
Anatoly Matat is survived by his mother, brother and daughter.
🕯️ Yuriy Matseliukh
Resident of Novoyavorivska community. After a full-scale invasion, the Russian Federation voluntarily went to war. Died in Zaporizhzhia. He is survived by his mother, wife and two sons.
🕯️ Pavlo Brodyuk
A resident of the city of Chervonograd. He was mobilized in February 2022. Commander of the department of unmanned aerial systems of military unit A1008. Died while performing a combat mission in Donetsk region.
He is survived by his parents and brother.
