Originally from Drohobych.
With the start of the full-scale war, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He carried out combat missions in the Sumy direction. Last year, he was discharged from service due to health reasons. On March 3, his heart stopped in one of Lviv’s hospitals.
🕯️ Andrii Nakonechnyi
A resident of Lviv.
After the start of the full-scale invasion, he returned from abroad to defend Ukraine. He served as part of the 103rd Separate Territorial Defense Brigade named after Metropolitan Andrei Sheptytskyi. He carried out combat missions in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Pivnichno-Slobozhanskyi directions.
He was awarded the distinction of the Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “For Special Service,” 2nd class, as well as the medals “Participant in Combat Operations” and “War Veteran.” The defender passed away on February 28.
🕯️ Volodymyr Kushnir
A resident of Lviv.
In 2024, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as part of the 41st Separate Mechanized Brigade and carried out combat missions in the Kursk direction. The soldier’s life was cut short on December 21, 2024.
🕯️ Yosyf Pavlynskyi
Originally from the village of Bakivtsi, Lviv region. A serviceman of the National Guard of Ukraine. After the terrorist attack in Lviv on February 22, doctors fought for his life for several days, but they were unable to save him. The serviceman passed away on March 4. Yosyf was 30 years old.

He was born in the village of Dobrohostiv. He served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was discharged from service due to illness. His heart stopped on March 4 as a result of illness.
