Every day at 9:00 a.m., we pay tribute to the bright memory of all those who gave their lives for Ukraine amid Russian aggression. Today, Lviv region bids farewell to five brave warriors who defended their homeland.
Names of the fallen heroes:
- 🕯️ Dmytro Havrysh
A resident of Kryve village, Radehiv community. He served as a rifleman-assistant grenadier in a motorized infantry battalion. Died on January 4 in Donetsk region. He was 53 years old. - 🕯️ Vitalii Navrotskyi
A native of the city of Velyki Mosty, Sheptytskyi district. Held the position of gunner in the 4th assault company of military unit A4862. The hero died on January 6 during a combat mission near Vozdvyzhenka, Pokrovskyi district, Donetsk region. He was 27 years old. - 🕯️ Yaroslav Zvizlo
Lived in Sokilnyky village, Lviv district. Defended Ukraine on the eastern front. Died on January 5 in Pokrovskyi district, Donetsk region, during a combat mission. The hero was 40 years old. - 🕯️ Vasyl Lesniak
A Lviv native and a soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine. With the start of the full-scale invasion, he joined the 2nd Separate Halytska Brigade. Fought against the occupiers in Donetsk region. Died on January 5. He was 28 years old. - 🕯️ Serhii Sukhar
Born in Stebnyk, Drohobych district. A veteran of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO), he returned to defend Ukraine in 2024. Served as a rifleman in the 2nd rifle division of military unit A4046. Died on December 26 near the village of Pohrebky, Kursk region of Russia. He was 45 years old.
